Who am I?

I am Amanda, a NASM certified Nutrition Coach as well as a certified Holistic Nutrition Consultant with a passion for empowering others to live their healthiest lives possible. With a focus on the transformative power of simple, wholesome foods, I guide clients towards a balanced, sustainable lifestyle. Being in the health and wellness space for over 20 years, I have seen every fad diet come and go, and I know what actually works! Whether you want to lose weight, improve wellness, or build lasting healthy habits, I am dedicated to helping you achieve your goals naturally and effectively!

The 5-week Plan:

1. Week 1: What to Eat Daily- learn the foundations of optimal nutrition and how to properly fuel your body.

2. Week 2: Meal Planning & Prepping- master ways to set yourself up for success through a little planning and prep work.

3. Week 3: Food Quality- discover the variances in the quality of different types of foods.

4. Week 4: Pantry Clean-out & Staples: create a healthier pantry by tossing the foods that are sabotaging your health while stocking up on healthier staples that promote health.

5. Week 5: Eating Out & Celebrations: learn simple ways to stay on track with your health goals (and enjoy life) even while eating out and partaking in celebrations.

In addition to the weekly lessons, you will get everything you need to transform your health. You’ll receive recipes, meal plans, shopping lists, and planners to make this change as simple as possible and stay motivated with weekly challenges, check-ins, and exciting prizes!
