“The Perfect 10” is a 10-week 1-1 coaching program designed for busy moms who are ready to reach their health goals in a SIMPLE, SAFE, & SUSTAINABLE way. In this program, we focus on 3 main pillars: fitness, nutrition, and daily habits.
Fitness: You will follow along with me 5 days a week as I lead you through a quick, effective 10-minute workout. All you have to do is press 'PLAY'. You will continue to have access to these workouts even after the program ends. In addition, you will also aim to walk 10k steps a day.
Nutrition: I will calculate your ideal caloric needs to jump start your weight loss. You will track calories through an app where I can assess, manage, and modify for your needs. You will also receive informational videos, advice, and guidance to help keep you on track.
Daily Habits: : Each day, you will complete 10 very simple tasks that will change your life! By doing these daily, these tasks will become habits that will benefit you for years to come.
This program is delivered through an app where you will have access to me every day. I am there to help you navigate any obstacles that arise, encourage you, hold you accountable for your daily tasks, and measure your progress. You literally have me in your back pocket!
